Um hair, just get it in a scene cut. Just make sure you explain to your hairdresser really well.

for scene hair you need long layered hair for starters. then you need to straighten it, then back comb it a lot. it helps if you have brightly colored hair in different or random sections.





for the scene make up you need black eyeliner and lots of bright eyeshadow (think R.O.Y.G.B.I.V.).

make-up -----%26gt; use psycho colors for eyeshadow. be dramatic, but clean. %26amp;%26amp; most girls use like, a whole stick of eyeliner. but...don't use that much cause it's hard to get off. use something simple with crazy colors

Don't be a poser.but YouTube has videos on how to tease ur hair but I would recommend using gel or mouse and hairspray because teasing makes ur hair fall out.the makeup is just alot of mascara and black eyeshadow and eyeliner it's not that hard to do.just go to YouTube they can teach you how to be scene and FAKE

As for makeup i think you just use alot of eyeliner
sorry no pics but for the makeup that use liquid eyeliner on the top and bottom of their eyes, they also put black liquid eyeliner on the eyelid like you would with eyeshadow. then they use some mascara. scene girls usually wear dark foundation so they look really tan. for the hair they straighten their hair and then tease it alot to make it really puffy and volumized. hope this helps
OK. do this SLOW or you will be called a poser. Very Slow. It might even take a year before you can look completely scene without being called a poser. (for me it took one year)





Lots of scene girls cut and dye thier hair themselves (its not that hard...but may take practise). If you can't do this go to a hairdresser and take a reference picture. Scene hair uses a base colour, usually dark black (I like blue black the best) or platinum blonde. (I died my hair white today lol) Then they have usually other colours of the rainbow in thier hair. (or not...like me)


Just please, MAKE SURE the colours you shoose suit you.





To start the hair of slow, what i did was just get the cut first. Left it a natural colour.


After a LONG time I died it really dark, then after a long time after that put colour in it (I choose red lol)


So just start off with the cut and don't rush things....just type in scene hair and search the web for hours untill you have lots of background knowlage on what you want.





btw NEVER copy someone elses scene hair. They HATE it as it is meant to be an individual thing that inspires the wearer.





MAKEUP. Make sure you wear foundation and maybe a bit of concealer if you need it everyday. Ignore what people say about getting a lighter shade than your natural colour, this just looks stupid. Get a natural colour. You can have a light pink lipgloss or skin colored lipstick what ever. and then you can choose either to have REALLY colourful eye makeup (best with plain hair) or just the black eye makeup (best with colourful hair). Or you can alternate between both. You can either get help off the internet (youtube just type scene or emo makeup) with this or ,as I did, make it up as you go along.





To start of sllow this is what i did. used foundation and concealer everyday (my favourite thing in my make up kit, couldn't survive without foundation and concealer). I put that with subtle eyeliner and mascara. very subtle. and pink lipgloss.


After a while build up the eye makeup.


In my makeup (for eyes) bag I have natural eyeshadows...which hardly get used. A 3 pack eyeshadow of silver/ grey/ black and a 24 pack of BRIGHT colours which I have fun with.


If you want use the tiniest bit TINY of salmon or baby pink eyeshadow and with a blush brush go along your cheeks. You can use normal blush to but I like the effect of eyeshadow better. Anyway that part was optional. You don't need blush.


Most scene/emo kids use liquid eyeliner. I just use coal pencil as I hate when the liquid one gets wet cause it runs into your eyes and stings like hell. LIKE HELL!!
