An East Indian with Blond hair should wear what shades of makeup?

My male friend is diguising himself as a girl for a Halloween prank. He is half East Indian, with dark hair and eyes and somewhat dark skin, but the wig he found for the costume is a kind of medium blonde with a slightly reddish/orange hue about it. The goal is to make him look as much like a girl as possible -- he's trying to fool some friends -- so the makeup shouldn't look too clumsy. You may have guessed that I have been put in charge of the makeup for him.

So, what colors of lipstick/eye shadow/blush would someone with such coloring use?An East Indian with Blond hair should wear what shades of makeup?
Lipstick -- dark peach

Eye shadow -- dusty dark peach with accents of a light beige shiny eyeshadow

Blush -- Blush -- stick with just several shades of foundation, followed by dusting with a translucent powder to ';set'; the look

or you could try...

Lipstick -- ruby

Eye shadow -- shiny metallic brown fading to lighter metallic rose

Blush -- Blush -- stick with just several shades of foundation, followed by dusting with a translucent powder to ';set'; the look

or you could try...

Lipstick -- mocha

Eye shadow -- coffee fading to mocha

Blush -- stick with just several shades of foundation, followed by dusting with a translucent powder to ';set'; the look

What will really make the difference is using some brown eyeliner for the lipliner (ever so lightly). Feather it in to make it look completely natural and 3-D...It will make his lips much more professional.

Stay away from pink blush because Indians tend to have yellowish undertones in their skin...
