Black does bring out your eyes no matter what color they are IF your lashes are dark. If not use as dark brown as you can. Put a thin line on top next to your lashes, %26amp; a thin line below under your bottom lashes. Define your brows by waxing, using a brow pencil if you want to-extra.

shadows: smoky eye or blue/pinks - do white or whitish on the very top

Okay, I have brown hair and brown eyes, but most of my friends have blue, so I know what I am saying. Try doing a navy blue eyeliner pencil on your bottom lid's waterline, and then on your top lid's water line if you want. Next step, navy liquid liner right in your upper lash-line. Look in the mirror, and at the sides of you eyes, do a tiny little bit of a wing with liquid liner. You can also do all this in black or brown. Next, mascara. Do a black mascara, lengthening and volumizing. I suggest Neutrogena, but you can do anything that doesn't clump. Next, try a navy or a black smokey eye(You can google this) or, just stick with a light peach or white shimmer. Also, just play around a bit. borrow some eyeshadow. Like, you can also try dark purple, or silver and gold.
i know everyone says use brown shadow with blue eyes, but i use dark purple with sparkles in it and it brings out my eyes so well. i also use brown eyeliner and black mascara, and everyone always complements me on how pretty my eyes look.

well maybe you should try colors that you like or colors that bring out your eyes!!
For Day:

A clean face is essential for makeup. Moisturize, make it fun with a scented moisturizer.

After this, apply a translucent powder all over the face with a big round fluffy brush. Unless you have serious acne problems that require concealer, just powder and moisturizer should make your face look naturally flawless.

Next, apply a sparkly pink shadow all over your eyelid. Make sure the shadow has definite SHIMMER in it, nothing matte or else you will look like you have pink eye.

To round off your eye makeup, apply a warm brown liner to your inner and outer lids. Finish with black mascara.

Day Look Number Two:

Same steps as above, but exchange your sparkly pink shadow for pure gold shadow... (It really brightens blue eyes.) And trade in the brown eyeliner for black liner. Stay with black mascara.

For Night:

Use the same powder and moisturizing tricks. Try applying a sapphire color shadow, a nice rich deep blue. Stay with black liner and mascara. Brush a pearly pink blush onto the apples of the cheeks. Finish with a pale pink lip gloss.
