I need help looking for hair and makeup ideas for prom?

i can't seem to find any good hair or makeup ideas for the type of dress i have.





it is a blue strapless gown, and i also have blue eyes.


i'm looking for makeup ideas to help my eyes standout.

i really like your dress and i agree a half up and a half down would look great. for you makeup i would go with just bronzer sweeped across your eyes and A LOT of mascara and black eyeliner along the bottom.I need help looking for hair and makeup ideas for prom?
Hair. The picture looks really pretty. But thats not you. I would go with half up and half down and curled...candy curls.





dress. yes that dress is awesome and perfect for your eyes.





makeup. mascara (and A LOT) will always make your eyes stand out but for eye shadow i would use earth tones...mostly browns or light pinks
