but for green eyes you should generally use contrasting colors such as purples, browns, etc. blending is key (: if you're going to do some sort of dramatic eye, then make sure you don't use a bright color on your lips.
for fair skin the brighter the blush the better as it won't go on as bright, it'll make your cheeks look flushed and pretty! Can someone give me makeup/hair advice?
You want to make your face appear as rounded as possible, so try waves or soft curls for your hair and you may want to try soft bangs. Stay away from blunt styles or cuts that end at the chin.
Purple is very complementary with green, so if you want to play up your eyes, I would suggest a little black eyeliner on the inner rims and purple eyeliner on the lash lines. Stick with black mascara. With more dramatic eye makeup, I would stick to more neutral lips and opt for a sheer, peachy gloss.
sweeping bangs look good on mostly everybody. like a side bang type thing and just basic stuff for make up maybe a little eyeshadow that accents your eyes and sets them off purple would work well and some lip gloss with a soft powder foundation that matches you skintone and be careful about it because it looks very bad to have and un matching tone especially lighter than your sking toe so if your not sure go with darker.
