I don't know if they still offer this but at J.C.Pennys they would take your picture, place your pic on a computer screen and you can pick dozens of styles and colors to try and see what looks best with the shape of your face and your coloring. I think it was 10 dollars and you could keep 3 of your favorite to take with you. Or you can go to Barnes and Noble book store and buy a cd to download and do it yourself. There is also a web site that you can download but it's costly and I can't remember the name of it anyway. But good luck and have fun.

hair; i think you should try growing your hair and getting a side bang with layers. you could put some streaks in your hair to lighten it up. i think that would look good =]

i think the best thing is to experiment with colours and see what suits you.

Try french braids, buns, half-up half-down, side part, big curls, crimped, straightened, headband, hair accessories! Have fun with it.
dye your hair a rich dark brown, cut it above your shoulders with really choppy layers. Your make up you should use black mascara, black eye liner, a rose blush and some lip gloss. and at night if you want more intense make up wear lip stick instead of lip gloss and wear some dark brown or even a little black eye shadow.
try curling your hair in overnight rollers(they work best, beleive me). For makeup, try a brightish pink lipstick, maybe sparkly goldish blush, lay off the mascara, and go with the same eyeshadow.
Don't spend all your time with makeup, though!!!!!

well i guess it depends what color your hair is and your skin tone but what i like doing works for pretty much everyone! and u can always change the colors around!
ok so i always put eyeliner on the top...not toooo thick but enough so that you can see it. Its up to u if u want it on the bottom, for me it depends on my mood and if i want to be dramatic or subtle. So i use a kind of maroon on the crease and blend it in. Above the eyeliner i put either white or a cream color eyeshadow and blend that in. then above the moroon, I put a lighter shade of pink. and lastly i use the same color(white or cream) and highlight my eyebrows with it and kinda blend it all together so its a subtle change between eyeshadow colors. If the colors are too dark for you, you can always use the same technique with different colors! have fun with it and experiment with new things!

I would try a style from a celebrity you admire. Especially something that just came out so you can get a trendy style. Actresses and rock stars get the best cuts so you have a lot to pick from, especially if you get a magazine.
For your hair you could wrap it, put curls all over, spirals, pin ups, pin curls, as for your make up try different colors on your eyes that look good with ur complexion and also use white eye liner..it makes ur eyes pop..

well i think less usually is more...what i'd advise is go to ur hairstylist and play around with a few ideas- get ur hair cut in a fun yet sexy way that you can still do up when you feel like it- also color it most definitly! brown with auburn streaks or blonde straks looks really great.
try doing a smoky eye and a neutral lipgloss, if you use black mascara and want a change- use blue!!! they'll definitly bring out the blue in ur eyes, complement that with a teal eyeshadow and go neutral on the lips again. you can also try different colors like pink, etc but keep it subtle...whatever yu do remember either play up the eyes or lips- never both!
heres a hint- use white eyeliner to make ur eyes look bigger and brighter.

OK. For your hair, since you have a tan, it would be really cute to go blond. If you have brown hair a few chunky blond highlights would do you wonders. When you have blond hair it brightens up your face, especially since you can keep a tan all year long. Touch up your hair every two months. For the cut of your hair, a semi-short(just above your shoulders)look would be really cute. Layers can work, but sometimes they only work for certain shapes of faces. For your makeup you should go with the bronzed, contoured cheek bones. A little gold powder on your cheeks will make you look like a goddess(EXACTLY the look you want in order to look and feel cute but SEXY). For your eyes, just play up the color! A semi-smokey eye effect would be perfect for this look. For your eyelashes you should use Maybelline New York Intense Volume XXL. It works like magic! For your lips you want to go for the nude, glossy lip. Use a very light pink liner to fill in your lips before you put gloss on. Hope my advice helps!

grow it long, bangs, all same length, and curly. also add highlights. they look really hot.
