Good makeup/hair for a band concert?

i'm Fair Skinned, have Blue-Green Eyes, shoulder length hair, dirty blonde hair. I need to look good to distract from our ugly tuxedos (:Good makeup/hair for a band concert?
i would tease your hair. wash it, then blow dry it. flip your hair over and start backcombing. gob on the hairspray. flip your head back over and backcomb the top. apply hairspray. i would really darken up on the makeup. use black eyeshadow and completely line your eyes. then use eye liner and line the top lid. this will really make your eyes pop. Good makeup/hair for a band concert?
Go for Feminine, Soft..... Rose,and Taupe eye shadow Dark green ( a thin line) eye liner on top lids smudge a bit in the corner ...It will make the green in you eyes POP! mascara, a neutral soft blush, and a rose tinted lip gloss. The emphasis are on your amazing eyes not your tuxedo.
