Hair/makeup ideas for my 16th bday?

I am having my birthday party thing this saturday. Sweet 16! We are going to dinner and Im wearing a light dress. Its up to my knees, black with little white polka dots with red straps and red bow. It looks cute. I'm wearing heels that match. But as for my make up and hair- im clueless. Any ideas? Please?


My skin is very light. And my hair is brown and wavy naturally.

i think you should straighten your hair. and for your makeup i would say some eyeliner and then very light black eyeshadow to kind of match your dress. and then black mascara. if your the kind that likes lipgloss then that would look good but since your going out to dinner i wouldnt bc it would like get in your food. :P and then maybe a little blush?Hair/makeup ideas for my 16th bday?
you should do a french twist in your hair. (look up pics on google) and then but a sparkly black diamond pin in the back of your hair. You should have a sheer lip gloss, and black eye liner with lightish pinkish redish eye shadow!
wear it in loose curls and half up-too cute!especially if light brown hair with highlights


makeup go for an evening look with eye makeup color shadows red lip heavy mascara and light eyeliner!
