Have no idea what your hair looks like so I couldn't tell ya. However you can always get your makeup done @ MAC or some other place in the mall. They can do it all dramatic because we all know its never the same when you do your makeup @ home!!! lol good luck chika
i suggest not looking better than ur sister since it's her b-day and u want her to look better than every1 else=]


plus...i have no clue how u look or how ur hair looks...no idea on length, texture, color, etc...of ur hair, face, NOTHING.
