Exotic makeup/hair?

I have darker features, and i have geen/grey eyes. I highlighted my hair, but it washed me out. Should i go darker? whats the best way to look fresh/exotic as well as sexy? Make up tips?Exotic makeup/hair?
Dark hair is is very sexy and exotic. I suggest a deep brown color to a black. I suggest Paul Mitchell Color Shots. And get some highlights for dimension. Use only a shade higher than the color you picked. Example: If you picked black choose dark brown. Don't use light highlights or then you will look cheesy. As for your lovely eyes, use a light purple shadow to really bring out the color. Sweep it all the way to the brow bone. For a more dramatic burst of color, also use a light purple pencil. And for your lips, use a sheer lip gloss. Don't

use a strong lip color, you want to bring out your eyes. If you certainly must use blush, use a natural light pink one. hope I helped!Exotic makeup/hair?
um have the same features as yours exept i have vrown eyes. light hair will not look good on me so i suggest you hair darker in hair. if u dont want to dye it again rinse with black coffee (not the grains the liquid.) every day untill you see changes. its like a natural hair dye. and i notice that bright clown-like makeup are not the way to go. nice earthy and neutral colors are best. like make it so it doesnt look like u have any makeup on at all. ';nude'; the caked on with makeup look is not fresh. and nothing makes u look better then glowing tan skin. naturally im tan but use jergens natural glow. that worx good. oh and uy minerals. like bare minerals.
go back to dark....wear liquid eyeliner above your top lash...use eyelash curler and very black mascara....use a lip liner a tad darker than your lips, NEVER TOO DARK OR YOULL LOOK LIKE U CAME OUT THE BARRIO.....use a light brown or tan under your brow, to accentuate your eyebrows....then use a purplish burgandy color for your lids and middle between brown and lash, remember darker colors toward eyes, lighter towards brows...and make up should always be less toward eyebrows, enough so that you can blend it softly....
