You have really pretty eyes, in that portrait with no smile you look kinda like the actress that plays Karen in Mean Girls. I think loose waves like in the first pic is the best look on you. Stick straight is a little severe for your features and curly makes you look very young. Stick to the natural makeup look its flattering on you... clear skin, light powder, no heavy foundation, mascara, curled lashes and a lip stain look really flattering on you.
Your hair is so pretty as is, dark and curly. Dont ever try to go lighter because it would wash you out and the your brown hair bring out your eyes..which are beautiful. I would use a dark black liner on just the top lashed (dont line the bottom) and make it a clean line with a bronzy gold eyeshadow. A peachy pink blush on the apples of your cheeks and a natural pink gloss.

Hmm....don't wear a lot of mascara....cuz ur eyes are already big enough....but maybe some eyeliner on top and a lil on the bottom with natural brownsih eyeshadow and some light red gloss on the lips...adn your hair would look cute straightened or maybe in braids or straight at the top and curly down at the bottom.

dont do anything to ur skin other than a little bronzer under ur cheekbone. add an eyeshadow that will make ur blue eyes pop (i would suggest a deep grey/blue/black color).
