Since you are wearing a silver dress I would definately play up your eyes and leave your lips more neutral. I think a really great charcoal smokey eye look would be awesome. keep you blush low key and you don't want your lips to compete with your eyes so keep your lips in a neutral shade with a clear lipgloss over the top for shine.I have no idea how to do my makeup. To give better advice I need your skin tone and the color of your hair. I'm going to guess with a silver dress you have tanned skin and dark hair. If this is your look I would go with a shimmering lavendar eye shadow in the crease of your eye with a soft silvery white color on the bottom of your lid. A soft pink blush, and a very natural shade of lipgloss. It's spring and heavy lipstick really isn't chic right now. Also dust some shimmer powder on your cheek bones and chest. You can buy a nice smelling shimmer powder at Walmart in the perfume aisle for $6.00. It looks great. If you want some different makeup ideas (options). if you look like your avatar (and im assuming you do) i suggest a simple smokey eye with silver and charcoal...nothing over the top because if your dress is silver it sounds like that will be the focus of attention.
What colour is your hair and eyes?


Go with browns and neutral colours for a natual look or spice it up with a red lipstick or a lipstick in the berry tones.


A brown eyeliner and a soft creamy white shimmer eyeshadow would look great.
