How would i get my hair and makeup like this?

What makeup do you think she uses and how she does her hair. :OHow would i get my hair and makeup like this?
makeup:


foundation


brown eyeliner(very lightly applied) on the top lash line.


a nude/neutral eyeshadow.


a light,pink lipgloss.


HAIR:


take small sections of hair and wrap them around a small barrel curling iron. dont clamp the iron on your hair, or you'l end up with tight curls instead of beachy waves. keep doing this until your head is fully curled. if the curls are too tight run ur fingers through them.





either do this or spray saltwater all over hair(if its more relaxed) for beachy waves :]How would i get my hair and makeup like this?
she uses foundation, blush, beige eyeshadow as base, white eyeshadow as highlight, pink lipstick N gloss, and mascara





hair: either rollers or curling iron. or if her hair is naturally curly she may even jus rain the flat iron thru her hair to get that effct
can't really see her makeup to be honest with you.


but about the hair -


looks like she teased her hair and did a final touch with a hairspray.
